RIC#60

Hey, hey crafty friends!

I am back today with a new Runway Inspired Challenge!  Eeep, this one is chock full of inspo!  There are a bunch of ways to go with this one..



So, I went with those geometric lines on the floor, as well as the yellow origami dog on her sweater, and came up with this:


I got my stencil on for sure!  I actually made this stencil with some stencil material and my Silhouette Portrait.  Super fun, no?  I simply adhered the card base, and the stencil down with tape and applied the ink with a foam applicator.


I then die cut three balloons from the Paper Smooches Balloon set.  I then inked them up in yellow and added a bit of white gel pen and black pen for strings.

So, that's my challenge card, please play along!  I love seeing what you all come up with, link it up!

  9. Your homemade stencil is just awesome! It looks great all inked up like that, and the balloons are so perfectly shaded, they look real!
