I am back again today, with another fun Take Two Thursday. Katie and I chose a super cute set for this time around, Oh Happy Day, from Lawn Fawn. This set is so so cute, and I made two cards with it!
For the first one, I took out my son's Crayola watercolors and painted on a rainbow of colors onto a watercolor panel. I then gold embossed the balloons and the Oh Happy Day sentiment.
For this next card, I used a stencil to apply stripes to the card base, using Versamark and clear powder. I then took a white panel and stamped the sun from the set, using the rock n' roll technique.
I die cut the clouds, and covered them with color, and added some hearts stamped over my sentiment.

ReplyDeleteThese are both too cute, but that first card, WOW, loving the watercolor stripes, and the gold embossing looks fabulous! Now I'm determined to dig out my gold embossing powder lol ;)
