To start I flicked a bit of Mr. Huey onto my card front.
I added a bit of washi tape and then pieces of yellow Chevron ribbon and some gray satin.
I stamped "Love" and added the rest with letter stickers from October Afternoon. I then took more washi tape, adhered it to some paper, and punched out a heart. I then popped it up on my card with foam.
