Celebrate You Paper Smooches July Sparks Challenge

Hello hello!  Thank you for stopping by to see me!  I had a fabulous weekend with my stampy friends and didn't get to take that many photos.  I did take some pics of sweet Belinda opening her going away present, so hopefully I can edit those soon and post some.  She will certainly be missed at our gatherings.  We laughed and laughed and thoroughly enjoyed our time at Tara's

So, for my card today, I was super inspired by Kim's new challenge over on the Paper Smooches blog called Spark Challenge.  I have been creatively drained lately and a sketch is just what the creative doctor ordered.  I chose the middle sketch and here is what I made with it.

Starting with a cream card base, I stamped a flower from Friendly Flowers and colored it with Copic Markers.

I then layered a piece of Vellum on top, die cut a piece of patterned paper from October Afternoon's 5 & Dime with scallops and tied around yellow grosgrain.

Cut a strip of paper and then took the dashes line stamp from that set and stamped it at the bottom.

Lastly, I stamped a sentiment from Sentiment Sampler from two separate sentiments that I cut apart and added two rhinestones.
