Happy Mother's Day for the sis!

Hey there!  I totally forgot to make my sister a mother's day card and needed some inspiration!  I don't know what I was thinking, or rather, not thinking!  This will be her first official Mother's Day and she is seriously one awesome (and proud) mother!  So, because I roll last minute and the mojo just happened to be lagging, Embellish to the rescue!  Great colors and my fav, a square card challenge...Perfect!  So here is what I came up with, not my shabby best, but I take what I can get! 

Using the lovely flower from The Craft's Meow Happiness Is... set, I colored it and cut it out.

Distressed the edges on my patterned paper and adhered it, along with some lace trim and crinkled seam binding.  To which, I added a little tag stamped with my mother's day greeting.

Added a few pearls and called it shabby!
