Taking a kraft panel I stamped the different doilies in colors I found on the inspiration picture, then ran it through my Big Shot with my woodgrain IP mimicking the wood chair the scarf is drapped over.
Distressed the edges of the panel with Walnut Stain and popped it up on a Kraft card base with foam.
Took a little Kraft scrap and stamped my sentiment, distressed and added a Hawaiian Shores scallop edge recreating the watering can color in the pic, and adhered it to the card front.
