Happy Saturday friend! It is one busy day here at our house, my son is turning 3! Time sure does fly so fast. We will be having a fun little family get-together with cupcakes and ice-cream! Can't wait! For now though it is another fun sketch over at Card Patterns! The prize this week is sa-weet! A grab bag of 20 Unity Stamps! Awesome!
The sketch this week is a classic!
Stamped and embossed my flowers, rubbed distress ink to color them and cut them out.
Added some patterned paper which I distressed with some ink and my handy-dandy fingernail and tied on some ribbon.
Stamped my sentiment onto cream cardstock, cut it out and notched the ends to make it look like a banner!
I do hope you will play along with us this week! Have a great one my friend!
Lindsay

ReplyDeleteThis card is GORGEOUS! I just love how beautifully the inked flower coordinates with the patterned paper. Also happy to see that I'm not the only one who didn't feel a banner die was totally necessary. *wink* Fabulous job, GF!
