Winter is Here...and A Blog Hop!

ETA: Unfortunetly this blog hop has been canceled due to mislinks in the list!  We are so sorry for this, I will still be offering up a RAK for anyone who leaves a comment as it is what was promised.  Again, we are so sorry for the inconvenience and sincerely appreciate your time and effort with this!

Sincerely,
Lindsay

It sure is winter in my neck of the woods...brrr!  So thankful for a warm house and a fun crafty space to keep me busy.  Today I am bringing you the latest Cardabilities sketch and also celebrating Cardabilities one-year birthday in grand style with a blog hop!

Here are the deets:

"This blog hop is run a bit differently then others. There is an order for you to hop!

Firstly..Begin hopping to Design Team Blogs as listed at the bottom of each Designer Blog. Your first Hop is over to Karans Blog. Be aware…there is an order for you to follow.
Secondly…For our followers to be considered for the final Sponsor Giveaway, you need to hop to all the Designers Participating in the Hop …On those blogs, you will find a highlighted word in BLUE. Find the highlighted word and leave some feedback. All these highlighted words, form a catch phrase about Cardabilities
Thirdly: You need to comment on each Designer Blog to be considered for each individual RAK the Design Team Members are offering,
Lastly: You will need to put that “catch” phrase together and bounce back to the Cardabilities site to leave your final comment and the “catch” phrase to be considered for the Sponsor Giveaway.
You'll have two days to complete the hop… January 15th-Jan 17th
Winners of each DT Blog Rak and the Final Sponsor Giveaway prize will be posted Jan 20th."

Using the newest sketch I came up with this winter-y card!

I started with covering my card front with none other than Crate Paper's Snow Day.  From there I added blocks of patterned paper and then some fun elements popped up on foam dimensionals.

Added a few sentiment strips and punched some sparkle shapes with my Fiskars punch to which I put on glossy accents.  Lastly I rounded the corners!

I hope you were inspired, and will try this fun sketch!  For a chance to win some of my blog candy, all you need to do is leave a comment!  I will pick my winner and announce it here on January 20th so check back to see if it might have been you!  Here is what's up for grabs.

Your next stop on the hop is the lovely Karli

Lindsay

Supplies used:
Paper: Vintage Cream Papertrey Ink
Patterned Paper: Crate Paper Snow Day
