TE Share Joy Challenge #11

Hello! 

This weeks Taylored Expressions Share Joy Challenge is one of my favorites, because I love tic-tac-toe. However, this one stumped me a little. I couldn't decide which row I wanted. I decided to do Thank You sentiment, glitter, and Kraft Card Stock.

To begin, I took a piece of rustic cardstock, and applied a bit of yellow ink onto it using a dotted stencil. I then stamped my sentiment, and began stamping my feathers, from the Light As A Feather stamp and die set.

After I stamped the feathers, I die cut them out, and coated them with glitter stickles. It isn't as sparkly in the pics as it is in real life. I then tied some gold and white Baker's Twine around the top, and adhered them to the panel. The panel was then attached to a Kraft card base with foam.
