Hello!
It is October first, ya'll. How did this happen? I am constantly in denial that the months are flying by! I present to you the latest Share Joy Challenge. I decided to use the colors, and create an autumnal card using the adorable Peek-a-boo Pumpkins, and coordinating dies.
To begin, I took a piece of watercolor paper, and did a bit of ink smooshing, using Rusty Hinge, and Mustard Seed Distress Inks. I trimmed the panel down, and adhered it to a card base. I did a bit of direct-to-paper inking on the side of it, and adhered the panel.
I die cut, and stamped the pumpkins, and adhered them to my panel, stamping my sentiment in the same warm gray color. I finished it off with some sequins.
I hope you can find time to play along! It is a fun one!
Love your background colours, the wash has come out perfect. Great card
ReplyDeleteFabulous warm colours - your 'smooshed' shape resembles part of the North Is of New Zealand!! At least that is what I see .. Lovely pumpkins there is the centre.
