Hello!
I have a fun announcement to share, if you haven't been over to Virginia's View Challenge, but she invited me to guest this month, and I couldn't refuse. I created two cards for the challenge, so be sure to stop over there to see them. I thought I would share another card here, using the same theme, embellishments.
I started with a piece of watercolor cardstock, and did a wash of Shaded Lilac Distress Ink. I sat it aside to dry, and created a panel with a window to go over the watercolor wash. I colored and cut out some of the cute images from Mama Elephant's Chance of Rain stamp set, and positioned those on the panel.
After I stamped my sentiment, I added my beloved PPP Sparkling Clear sequins in three different sizes, and left it at that. Sometimes less is more, right?
I hope you give the challenge a go this month! I can't wait to see what you make! Thanks for stopping by!
Love your card! The design is wonderful & what a beautiful background! PS--I was inspired by one of your cards in a magazine if you'd like to see it here: http://ggnursecreations.blogspot.com/2015/07/the-poetry-of-earth.html

Clever idea having the background in the cut out with the main character in front! Must try it. The Chance of Rain set is so darn cute!
