Happy Friday!
I know its been awhile, and I apologize for that! Life is happily spinning out of control over here, and I am hanging on for dear life!
Today, I am linking up to another fabulous Coffee Lovers Bloghop. If you remember, there was a coffee lovers blog hop last fall, as well as a Holiday bloghop. Spring is supposedly right around the corner, however, in my neck of the woods, I am of the opinion it won't ever come! With spring in mind, we were encouraged to make a Spring inspired coffee card. Here is what I came up with.
I got out my get well die from Paper Smooches, and die cut it from a piece of cardstock, inked up with distress inks, in Worn Lipstick, Spiced Marmalade, Mustard Seed, and Cracked Pistachio. I had used a stencil with circles and inked over that on my white panel.
I then die cut the get well from a white panel, and reinserted the die cut into that negative, popping the top panel up onto a white card base. I stamped wishes from the Lawn Fawn Milk & Cookies set, and then, taking the Love You A Latte set, stamped and die cut out the cute little cup. I colored it with Copic markers, and popped it up over the "g." It was supposed to look like tea, but came out like coffee. Oh well, I love coffee, even when I am ill. :D
Thanks so much for stopping by today! Enjoy the rest of the hop!
