Happy Friday!
This week went zooming by for me, and here we are with another challenge over at CAS-ual Fridays! This week is about back to school. My little guy started kindergarten a couple of weeks ago, and I am still trying to figure out how the time flew! So, back to the card, ahem...I took a different approach to my BTS card. :0)
I went all encouraging here, the sentiment and the light bulb made me think of learning new things! I love that this kind of card can also be for just about anything else too.
I used two Mama Elephant sets for this, Lights Out and Bling. To start, I stamped the lightbulb in Butterbar, and Wet Cement, heat embossing the filament with white powder. I then stamped my sentiment in gray and added black enamel dots.
I hope you play along with us! We can't wait to see what you make!
Love the embossing on the light bulb! Awesome card!
ReplyDeleteWow, Lindsay, this is simply brilliant!
ReplyDeleteI love how you stamped all the pieces in various colors and then embossed the inside of the light bulb! Stunning + fantastic!
