Hey, Let's Party (an i {heart} papers} post)

Monday?  Again?  How bout' a card?  Today I am playing along in the latest Moxie Fab World Birthday Card Challenge.  There are never enough birthday cards in my stash, let me tell ya!

For this card, I brought out the Paper Smooches parade!  All of these items can be found in the i {heart} papers store.  To start, I die cut three different speech bubbles from the Word Bubbles Die set.  I then white heat embossed a cobbled together sentiment from Word Salad, and Sentiment Sampler, to spell Hey Let's Party.

As a base for those bubbles, I took a strip stamp from Wplus9's Country Charm set, and stamped it three times.  I then adhered the speech bubbles and rounded the bottom corner.  Of course I had to finish it off with some rhinestones!

I also finished the inside of the card using the coordinating stamps and a happy birthday sentiment.

That's all I have for today, thanks so much for stopping!

  1. Adorable! Love the white embossing in the bright word bubbles!

  2. Love the way you anchored those bubbled with the black stripes- this is so fun!!

  3. Looking at your card would make anyone want to party. Those bubbles are so fun and the added outlined ones inside just add perfection.

  4. These colors definitely say party! What a fun way to ground the word bubbles with the stripes, too. Hope you're having a great week!

  5. Awesome idea and execution, Lindsay!

  6. Hey Lindsay! Thanks for linking this up to the Birthday Card Challenge in the Moxie Fab World! I'm so glad you joined in on all the fun! :)
