Well hello!
It's been a little while! Today is a great day to pop in and share that it is not only CAS-ual Fridays 100th challenge but also it's 2nd Anniversary! Awesome! So, what is the challenge? Using this tic-tac-toe board, pick a row and create with it! The board is a combination of the top 10 challenges CAS-ual Fridays has had. The prize? Oh, it's good! Ellen Hutson is giving the winner a $25 dollar gift certificate AND the chosen VIPS get a $15 dollar gc! So, seriously, play along!
I chose the top line, Polka Dots, Kraft and Punches or dies.
To start, I took Mama Elephants Beyond Basic Borders and heat embossed the dots in white. I then took a panel of water color paper, and applied distress ink by smooshing it on my craft mat and spritzing it with water, before pouncing my paper onto it.
Using the You die from Simon Says Stamp, I die cut it and left it in the negative. I stamped the last bit of my sentiment and added some Wood Veneer covered in White Enamel Accents, before placing the mat onto a Kraft card base.
Play along with us, you have two weeks!
