The Craft's Meow Release Preview- Zoom Goes My Heart

Welcome!

The Crafts Meow previews are winding down and I have two cards to show you today using a new set by Karen Baker called Zoom Goes My Heart.  Oh, Karen...you know how to do it!  This set is one fun original!  Oh, be sure to leave a comment on the TCM blog for a chance to win it!

To start with my first card, I focused on the sentiment.  I took a strip of white cardstock and ran it through with the Lifestyle Craft's Zigzag Embossing Folder, die cutting a heart out of the side for my sentiment.  I then adhered it to my card base with foam.

I added red cardstock strips to the top and bottom of the impressed panel, and a die cut heart and some rhinestones to finish it off.

For the next card, I stamped the gas gauge image twice and stamped my sentiment over it on a white cardstock panel.  I also added a bit of MME patterned paper to the side of the base.

I then stamped a few hearts and added a rhinestone, popping it up onto a white card base.  A super simple card!

I hope you've enjoyed the previews this week.  Stay tuned, tomorrow is our blog hop and you don't want to miss it!  You could win all six sets by commenting on the DT blogs.

  4. I like how you stamped your sentiment in the negative heart space - also how you cut the heart out of the edge of the paper strip rather than completely inside the strip. That sounds very analytical, doesn't it? Basically, I just like your card!

  5. Love the offset cut out heart. The CAS look is fresh!
