Ribbon Carousel Challenge 73- Halloween & A Winner!

Hello, hello!  Today, I am sharing a little Halloween card I put together for the latest challenge over at The Ribbon Carousel challenge blog.  This month's theme is all about Halloween, so link up your cards that use ribbon, twine or anything that comes on a spool for a chance to win a, get ready for it, RIBBON CAROUSEL!  I do hope you play along.

To start, I took a white panel and added some texture using Lifestyle Craft's Classic Embossing folder to the top portion.  I then stamped and masked my candy corn image (from Fall w/Fibi & Lilly) across the bottom and colored them in with Memento Markers.

Lastly, I adhered some twine (which you can find in the store), stamped my sentiment and added a black button before adhering my panel to an orange card base using foam adhesive.

Also, I need to announce my winner for my little giveaway from this past weekend.

Random.org chose #8!

OHH what a fab idea to give the leave some texture!
I love this CAS card - I think I'll have to pin it for future inspiration :)
