I decided on a fall tag, and created this little number. To start, I flicked some orange mist onto a manilla tag and inked the edges. I then took a palette of fall colors and stamped the leaves around the tag edges.
I paper-pieced the pumpkin and added a bit of woodgrain patterned paper (Studio Calico's Elmwood Park Kit) and stamped my sentiment in Walnut Stain ink. Lastly, I added a bit of orange Divine Twine.
For the next set, Fall with Fibi and Lilly, I focused on the pumpkins and paper-pieced them onto my card front. Taking a bit of Bazzill's Banana Split cardstock, cut down to 4 1/4 x 4 1/4, I added a border punched strip of October Afternoon's 9-5 papers, popping up one of the pumpkins with foam adhesive.
Lastly, I stamped my sentiment, again in Walnut Stain distress ink.
