RCC64- Christmas In July!

Christmas you ask?  Sure why not!  We are jingling the bells a bit early over at The Ribbon Carousel challenge blog today, and asking you to create a Christmas or Holiday card using your favorite ribbon.  With all of this talk about that festive season, I thought I would share the main reason my blogging has taken a nose dive around here!  I certainly do apologize for the lack of posts, and visits to your blogs my friends, but I do have a good excuse, i swear it!  John and I are expecting our second child around Christmas-time, and though this pregnancy has been a LOT easier than my first, I am certainly not at my best, making crafting a lot more difficult!  So that is my reason for not being around much.  Thank you so much for your continued support of my blog even during the off times.  Now, how's bout a card?  I thought so!

To start, I took a white card base, stamped some trees from The Craft's Meow's The Merry Best in red and aqua.  I then added my sentiment and a strip of black cardstock.  Lastly, I rounded the one bottom corner, tied around some Divine Twine and added a few rhinestones.

I hope you are able to join us this week, as always, there is a gift certificate up for grabs to the store!  Thank you for coming by to see me!
