Honeymoon

Hey there!  I am so so thankful it is Friday and sunny!  I hope I am not torturing you with scrapbook pages lately.  My cardmaking has taken a dive into the deep and I have been feeling very unmotivated to make them.  Aside from DT projects, I haven't played in any challenges or felt like submitting to magazines.  I also have to say that I have been feeling VERY disconnected from you, my fabulous reader.  After turning comments off, it didn't seem to help my feelings about posting.  I loved being able to communicate through emails from the comments that I had received.  What to do, what to do...

For my page, I chose a fun little photo of my husband and I on our honeymoon.  I started my page by using a negative piece of cardstock that had a lot of hearts die cut from it, to which I dabbed paint onto my base page through the stencil.

I then layered a bunch of old and newer October Afternoon papers, a few labels from other manufacturers as well as some stamps from The Craft's Meow's Telegram set.

I hope you were inspired today!  I will be back on Monday with a peak at the Beautiful Botanicals set being released from Skipping Stones, so stop back!
