Hello and happy Thursday! The latest Moxie Fab World challenge, Beautiful Borders really had me stumped...I don't even know why! I do believe I was over thinking it a bit, so I just went simple with it, which really turned out pretty involved!
Starting by stamping my gingham pattern in three different colors, cutting them down and die cutting a scallop border on each one. I layered them together and matted them onto dark grey card stock, adding some Divine Twine in black around the panel.
Stamped the cotton candy maker in grey ink on a white card base and popped up my panel up on dimensional adhesive.
Stamped my cotton candy maker again, this time in Memento Tuxedo Black and colored it with Copic markers (i know you're surprised), cut it out and popped it up with dimensional adhesive as well. Just for fun I added some extra cotton candy to the bowl by just stamping and coloring it, cutting it out and gluing it down.
I then finished it off with my sentiment.
Well, I hope your day is fabulous! Thank you for coming by!
Lindsay
