Well hello! I am so glad you stopped by! I am so excited to be able to share my card with you today, yes that is right, Gallery Idol Round 2 is on and you may cast your vote till this Thursday! I do hope you like what you see and well, you'll vote for me! For this challenge we were asked to create with Die Cuts...ahh, I love dies. A LOT. I wish I could buy them all! Did I mention I love them? Yeah... So here it is:
I broke out an oldie but a goodie, a sizzix original called Puzzle Maker #2. I die cut it twice, one with patterned paper from Cosmo Cricket and another from Harvest Gold, which I stamped with text using Versamark ink. Put them together and matted them onto red card stock, which I adhered to a cream card base.
I popped up the corner piece and added a threaded button and die cut heart stamped with its coordinating stamp. To go along with my sentiment, I added a little Maya Road clothes pin to "hold" the heart.
Lastly, I took my printed and trimmed sentiment and tucked it under the puzzle piece using foam adhesive. Tada, my work with die cuts!
Thank you so much for stopping by to see my creation! Your support means the world to me. Thank you!
Lindsay
