Mod Best Wishes

Howdy!  I am popping in to share my creation for Papertrey Ink's monthly blog hop!  The challenge this month was a fabulous inspirational picture full of gorgeous colors!  I pulled those colors out for my card today and added butterflies as seen in the pic.  Here is what I came up with!


Starting with a cream card base, I stamped my labels in the various colors found in the picture.


I added some small and large butterflies using Butterfly Dreams along with a die cut popped up.


Lastly, I stamped a sentiment from Giga Guidelines and rounded my corners

    So fabby, Lindsay! I *love* how you used the labels stamps to make your background, and then added the colorful butterflies, with the die cut one emphasizing the sentiment--you are a creative genius, my dear!

    Bright, fun and colourful card. Love the way you've used the label stamps for your'patterned' paper. The butterflies are a great choice as well.

    LOVE!! This has a fun modern feel to it but also still a little retro. Very fun layout and I love the butterflies! Very cute!
