Happy Happy Birthday

Happy Saturday friend!  I am back today with Card Patterns newest sketch.  I hope you all enjoyed this past weeks Anniversary festivities, your comments were fun to read and much appreciated!  The winners will be posted shortly so stay tuned!  Now, onto my card:


Started with brown card base, adhered a patterned paper strip and chipboard pennant sticker.


Cut a yellow panel, adhered my patterned paper squares onto white cardstock and attached them together.


Threaded chipboard and real buttons with twine, adhered them in various places on my panel.


Lastly, I stamped my sentiment onto white cardstock and cut it out, popping it up with foam adhesive.
