Floral Happy Birthday

Happy "cold" Saturday friend!  It is sooo cold here, all I want to do is cuddle under a blanket!  Perfect crafting weather! Today, I am bringing you the newest sketch at CardPatterns!  Love!  Our sponsor today is Layers of Colors and they are offering up a special stamp set!  I hope you'll play along.

Layering patterned papers from BasicGrey and October afternoon, stamped a leaf image.

Stamped and die cut my flower image onto white cardstock and colored with Copic markers, layered it onto yellow cardstock that was die cut with a scallop circle.  I then stamped and colored the leaves and popped them behind my flower.

Added a little lace trim and stamped my sentiment.

Punched a scallop strip and added some Pure Poppy Twill (PTI) which I tied into a knot.

Well, that is all my friend!  I hope you have a cozy warm day!

Lindsay
