Damask Congratulations

Hiya!  It's been a few days hasn't it?!  Time flies when your having fun, or so the saying goes!  I do love the holidays but boy do they keep me hoppin'!  Anyway, here is a card I made for a co-worker who just got engaged!  So excited for her and her fiance!

For awhile now I have been avoiding the Giga Guidelines stamp set because I couldn't ever get the medallions lined up just right...well, I decided to just play and miraculously stamped this piece better than I had hoped!  I set it aside and of course when I found out Jess was engaged I thought it would be perfect for my card to her.

Layered the piece onto black cardstock that was border punched with a scallop edge.

Heat embossed three different butterflies from Antique Engravings by Hero Arts, cut them out and adhered them with different size foam squares.

Lastly I placed a few black rhinestones in the center of some of the medallions and stamped my sentiment from Enjoy the Ride by Papertrey Ink

Well, that is all I have today!  I hope your day is relaxing and restful.

Take care my friend,
Lindsay
