Season's Greetings

Good Afternoon friend!  I just wanted to pop in quick with another Christmas card to add to my stash!  It is hard for me to believe that it is just about time to start sending these out so that they get where they need to go, on time!  My computer has been acting up lately so my dear hubby reinstalled everything for me, and I totally forgot to back up my feeds lists and favorites!  So, if you don't see me at your blog that is why!  I am slowly trying to recover all my bloggy friends blog links!  Shoot me an email with your blog link if you care to and I will add it to my VERY short list.  Thanks!

Well, for my card today I was browsing through the latest Papercrafts publication, Card Creations Favorite Occasions and saw a card by Kimberly Crawford.  I was so inspired by her layout that I had to use it for my card!

I adhered my patterned paper to my cardfront after I roughed it up a bit with my Tim Holtz Distresser.  Using kraft cardstock I stamped my music image repeatedly and again roughed up the edges.  I secured some lace on the front of the stamped panel with scor-tape and tied on some twine.

I secured the panel to my card and attached a few chipboard pieces,  I also heat embossed my sentiment (which somehow got smudged!)

Well, I hope your day is going great!  Thanks again for dropping in!

Lindsay
