RCC78: Spring Is In the Air

Hello, hello!

Today marks a new monthly challenge over at The Ribbon Carousel Blog!  The theme this month, is Spring! I love pastels and flowers, so that is where I went with my card today.  Play along with us, you could win a Carousel!

To start, I took a white panel and stamped a collage of flowers and leaves (Paper Smooches) in one corner, adding my sentiment, some pearls and of course, ribbon.  I then popped it up onto a pink card base with foam!
