Hey there!
Oh, the joys of Monday! I am cheering it up with this bright and fun card, that uses a mix of stamps from Lawn Fawn, and Wplus9.
So, as you may have noticed from either Instagram or my latest YouTube video, I have an ink hoarding problem. lol! I love ink, and if I could I would buy every companies product if I could! For this, I used the new Wplus9 Dye inks, and whoa, these are smooth and fabulous!
I stamped my background in a rainbow of colors using the Borders and Backgrounds 3 set, filling in the space with the small filler image. I then added gold embossed stars on the top and bottom portions of the panel.
For the tag combo, I reached for the fun set from Lawn Fawn, Birthday Tags, and heat embossed them in white and gold onto their respective die cuts. I then heat embossed the Wish big in gold, layered the tags and adhered them with foam. That lovely twine is from Whisker Graphics, and yes, it comes in GOLD! It's "divine" I tell ya! Anyway, I also added some lovely gold and glittery enamel dots to the front tag.
Well, that's all folks, see you soon!

A Watercolor Rainbow Happy Birthday
Hey there!
Thank you so much for your positive response to my Stamp Out Chaos post the other day! Katie and I are super excited to start our organizing, and can't wait to bring you our next installment.
Today, I have a rainbow card, featuring Distress Markers (I know, I need to stop) as well as Avery Elle, and Enamel Dots! A winning combination! I love AE's stamps!
To start this, I took a panel of watercolor paper, and colored on a rainbow, sprayed it heavily with water, and heat set it. I then did a little technique I saw Kristina Werner do, and cupped water in my hands, and let it fall onto the panel. It's a really fun effect! I then took Avery Elle's Cake & Candles set, stamped it in Versamark and heat set it with white powder.
After the panel dried, I tied around some twine, and added enamel dots. To the card base, I adhered strips of pattered paper from the Carte Bella 6x6, It's A Celebration. I then added my panel with strong adhesive!
Thanks for stopping by today! Have a great one.

A Crafty Collaboration
Hello crafty friends!
I have a super fun post for you today (well, I think so) that involves my good friend and fellow crafter, Katie Gehring. We love to get together to talk and drink coffee, and of course craft. As we were chatting it up one evening, Katie mentioned this stellar idea to me, and because I need a bit of motivation when it comes to organizing, I thought it was a great idea. Um, so you'll have to pardon my mistake in the video, maybe call it nerves, but I misspoke Katie's blog address. It's her name, Oi!
I shot this super short video of the current state of my craft area (eeek!). I didn't get too specific with some of the products I have in certain drawers, and hopefully I didn't babble too much ;0) but I mentioned a few ideas that you will likely see in the future of this series.
The goal is to obviously, make our craft spaces more efficient to work in, and have fun with it at the same time. We would love it if you would come along for the ride with us! Please let one of us know how you are organizing your stuff, we would love to hear!
So, how are we going to break it down? Our first installment will cover storing the basics, like ink, paper, adhesives, etc., and will happen in the next couple of weeks on April 9th. We hope to cover a lot more in the coming months, so stay tuned, because there is so much more to organize!
Thanks so much for tuning in! I hope to catch you later.

Blossom Cup Cards To Go Kit
Hello and happy Monday!
I have a parade of projects for you, featuring the newest kit release from Cup Cards To Go. It is loaded, just LOADED, with spring yumminess! There are products from My Mind's Eye, Pebbles, Elle's Studio, and May Arts! Whoa! I just couldn't seem to stop, let's just say, I am warning you. Shall we begin?
After it dried, I bunched up some white thread and adhered it under a popped up sticker.
The buttons are from the Embellishment kit (you can purchase these separate from the main kit) and I added it with Glossy Accents to cover the center of the lovely folded paper butterfly embelly. That finished up that card!
After it was dry, I trimmed it down to fit onto my card base at a jaunty angle.
For the upper left corner, I added a flag of patterned paper, an included flag sticker, as well as a large premade embellishment with the Hello on it. I then added a couple of the fabric stickers! Such a fun little add on!

There are products from My Mind's Eye, Pebbles, Elle's Studio, and May Arts! Whoa! I just couldn't seem to stop, let's just say, I am warning you. Shall we begin?
My favorite part of this kit was the sticker sheet. I wanted to use every image on a card, they are that fabulous! Of course, the patterned paper is just as fun! I started by stamping a bg stamp pattern in a light gray ink, onto the card base. I then added patterned paper, and flicked some Heidi Swapp Color Shine onto it.
After it dried, I bunched up some white thread and adhered it under a popped up sticker.
For this card, I kept it pretty simple, and let the bold colors pop! I began by swirling green Distress Ink onto the center of the white card base. I then added a washi style sentiment sticker (in the kit) as well a flower, that I had adhered a button on.

This card is all about the Embellishment Kit. I adhered a piece of patterned paper from the kit, onto a white notecard. I then took a white panel, spritzed it with teal, pink and gold spray mists, and let it dry.
I started this card by adhering a couple pattern paper strips to the top, and adding cut out hexagon images to the card front in a random pattern. I used another washi sticker sentiment, along with a few enamel dots, and a bottom.
I decided to apply the fun Smooch in a haphazard way, scribbling it on after I dry embossed the front of the card. I let it dry, and added, again, a fun floral sticker from the sheet.
I then tied around one of the many ribbon sections you get, around the card front, and finished it off with enamel dots.
In the kit, are these die cut flowers, and I had to layer them up! With a bit of foam tape, I adhered them together, and added them to my card base, which I had adhered three strips of polka dot pattern paper.
The sentiment banners are so fun too, I tucked those in and curled the edges a bit.
This fun card is for the Spread A Little Sunshine challenge. We are challenging you to make a bright sun filled card to cheer up someones day. I decided to create my own sun rays using masking tape, and ink. The round Spring sticker started the idea. I simply took two strips of Post-It tape, and inked up a strip and then moved it around until the rays were all over.
I added the sticker to a piece of patterned paper that I had punched out with a circle punch, and popped it up. The Hello stickers are also on the sticker sheet. I added the sequins from my stash.
I did more inking on this one, which is a variation of the latest sketch challenge. I took two strips of Post-It tape, and sectioned off where I wanted the ink, and brought those colors in with my sponge tool.
So, there you have it! Eight cards using this kit, and let me tell ya, I could have made a bunch more! You can check them out here. Thanks for hanging in there with me. I hope you have a great one.
Let Us Celebrate
Hey there!
I am popping in really quick to share a fun card I created for the AEIHeartChallenge over at the Avery Elle challenge blog. The challenge is near and dear to my heart, Ombre or Gradient! Yeah!
I dried it really well, and then gold embossed a super fun greeting and stars from Cake & Candles, before adhering it to a card base with floral paper from the Day Dreamer 6x6 paper pad from Dear Lizzy.
Well, that's all for me for now, but stop by tonight for the newest card kit from Cup Cards To Go! You don't want to miss this kit reveal!

I pulled out my fabulous Distress Markers and took a watercolor panel. I scribbled my colors on liberally, and sprayed it heavily with water. Wiping the edges, I then dried it with my heat tool.

On the Runway with Watercolor
Helloooo!
I am back again today, playing along with the fabulous Runway Inspired Challenge. What a great inspo pic, the colors, the mood...super fun!
The first card I did was all about watercolor, and I just thought I could one up it a bit...so I created two.
For the first card, I took Distress Markers in the primary colors I saw on the pic and scribbled a bit on my block. I misted my watercolor paper first, and then picked up the color with my water brush, creating blobs of color. I would then heat set it, and add more color, until I got the look I wanted.
I stamped a couple of words from Paper Smooches Bold Buzzwords, as well as a few stars from the set in black ink and then adhered the watercolor panel to a black card base. I also added gold glitter with the Wink of Stella pen to my letters and stars.
Now, that's all well and good, but I saw so much more in that picture that I wanted to translate onto my card, so I went in a different direction, still using Distress Markers.
I started by using Lawn Fawn's fun Penelope's Blossoms, and coloring my stamp with the marker, and lightly misting it with water. I then stamped it onto watercolor paper, and created a little floral spray.
I selectivly stamped my sentiment and adhered strips of black cardstock to the panel with Tombow Mono, before popping it off of my card base. I covered the card base with patterned paper from the Date Night 6x6 paper pad from Chickaniddy, and spritzed some white ink onto it as well. Lastly, I went over the blue flowers a little bit more with water, until I liked the look and added some fabulous SC enamel dots.
Thanks so much for joining me today! I hope you have a good one!

Gold Celebrate
Hey, Hey!
Here I am, digging out of my hole! Life has been busy, but I had to come by and share about the fabulousness that is now in the i {heart} papers store. Gah! There is a plethora of crafty goodness I couldn't wait to get my hands on! So, the first...Chickaniddy. LOVE this new company. Second? Paper Smooches, of course!
I used a lovely piece of patterned paper from the Date Night 6x6 paper pad, that was left over from a failed project, and voila! It made an appearance on my card here.
I also stamped a sentiment from Paper Smooches Bold Buzzwords (also new and awesome!) in Versamark and heat embossed it in gold. I then trimmed it out, and adhered it to my card with Tombow Mono Multi glue. I also die cut the super fun feathers that Paper Smooches just released. Oh my, do these make my crafty heart beat a little faster! They even score down the center! Okay, I am getting a bit excited, but seriously! So much fun. I added sticky ink to emboss, by scribbling it on with the Versamark pen. I then dipped it in the powder and heat set it.
Lastly, I added a bit of twine tied in a bow. Super simple, super fun. Oh, and I just realized I had stamped a background from Hero Arts onto the white card base before adding all the goodness. I used the Plaid bg stamp, and the new Vanilla ink.
Thanks for stopping! Have a great day.

Sunny Hello
Hello indeed!
How is your week going my friends? Great, I hope! I have a little card to share with you today, using the fabulous new Hello die and Hello Sunshine stamp set from Lawn Fawn.
I took the adorable birdies, and paper-pieced them onto the stamped images on my card, and added a few little stars. As a last addition, I rounded the bottom corner, and glittered up the stars.
Have a great day and thanks so much for stopping by!

I started with the fun Hello Sunshine 6x6 paper pad. After trimming it down to fit my square card, I die cut the word Hello from it. I then adhered the piece to my card base, and stamped sunshine. I then took the hello die, and die cut it three times from black cardstock, staking them together, and adhering it to the original, lining up the patterned paper design.

Hello My Friend
Hey friends!
Today, I am playing along with the second AEIHeartUChallenge over at the Avery Elle blog. It is all about Embellishments this time around. If I am not putting gems or enamel dots on my cards, the next best thing is sequins! They are all the rage, you know. ;0) I had so wanted to play along with their first challenge, but ran out of time! Also, have you heard? Virginia has a fun new challenge blog, called Virginia's View Challenge, and it's about watercoloring! There is just never enough hours in the day to get all the crafty in, but fitting two challenges into one card is a great start!
I stamped a background from Impression Obsession onto the Kraft card base, and heat embossed it with gold powder, rounding the top corner. To finish it, I adhered the panel with foam, replaced the small word pieces and added gold sequins! Super fun, no?
Thanks so much for stopping by, you know I love it when you do!

So, for this card, I used, wait for it...Distress Inks! Ahem, and created this fun panel. I simply smooshed the pads onto my craft sheet, and rubbed my watercolor paper onto it, careful to keep the colors somewhat together. I then dried it with my heat tool, and pounced it onto the colors again. Such a cool effect!
I then took the AWESOME Hello die, and ran it through, and adding the rest of the greeting from the Simply Said: Hello stamp set, with gold embossing powder.

Hello Cutie
Hey, hey!
I have a little card to share with you today, inspired by the fabulous Runway Inspired Challenge! Doesn't Jen do a marvelous job with it? So fun.
Here is a little look at the model and her gorgeous gown. I really couldn't decide if it was silver or gold, or if it had a bronzy tint to it.
So, I kind of went with it, and added a bit of both! I, of course, used goodies from the IHP store. Love me some Paper Smooches! So, that is what's on the menu today. I used the fun rainbow die, as well as the fabulous Hello die. All of the Paper Smooches dies can be found HERE!
To begin, I trimmed down a piece of lovely patterned paper from the 6x6 Dear Lizzy Day Dreamer pad. I then die cut the rainbow out of the middle, and filled it in with alternating black and glitter cardstocks.
I then took the hello die, and ran it through multiple times and glued them together to get a raised effect. I added the cutie from Scripty Sayings in black ink and finished it off with some FAB sequins from Teresa Collins and rounded corners. I decided to cover the hello in gold shimmer afterwards, and wished I hadn't, but hey, it makes it shiny! Heehee!
Thanks so much for dropping by! Have a great day.

Watercolor Thank You
Hello!
Yeah for midweek! I have an artsy card for you today that features products from Hero Arts! This fun set, You're So Kind, has a bunch of really great sentiments and a few little images.
I broke out my Distress Markers (the ink pads would work too) and scribbled on yellow and green, wetting it down with a saturated paint brush. After it dried, I stamped my sentiment in black.
To finish it off, I stamped the three petal image twice to create a fun flower shape, and added small black enamel dots to the center. I then adhered it to a black card base. Super fun and super easy.
Thanks for stopping by! Have a fabulous week!
